Gloria Jean’s Coffees Sirkeci, located inside the Orient Express Hotel, is a franchise interior project designed by Altürk. The design integrates seamlessly with the historical fabric of Istanbul while offering a modern and comfortable café experience. Materials and the color palette were carefully selected to align with the character of the hotel, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Seating arrangements and lighting solutions were designed to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing environment.
